Finally Home

Hey there,

I finally arrived home yesterday after several flights and slept almost the entire day. I’ve got a few things to sort out as there would be after being away for 5 weeks but I’ll continue translating soon. It was a wonderful trip overall and I had a great time, so thank you Peru!

I’ve probably missed a lot of everything but I guess I’ve still got some time to catch up 🙂
I’ll be replying to all the messages/comments I got these next few days, in the meantime – anime recommendations for this season?

Well, given how sales went I’d say it’s likely to get a sequel. And I’m sure Ishibumi as well as the studio want v10 animated, so it’s only a matter of time.

I’m from Australia. I’m sure they actually get a lot of fan letters asking for another season in Japan, but it’s probably much rarer for them to receive one from another country.

Hey zxzxzx! Sorry bout this question. Although it isn’t part of of the stories your interested in or translating, I was wondering if you know where I might find a raw version of Hundred along with Covenant of the Leviathan. I just recently started learning the Japanese language (although not to the point where I can translate either fast or most likely in the near future ?) a few weeks back but I want to try my hand at learning the language at the same time reading and translating the novels I’m interested in or help those in need (like a kanji superhero!! \( ^o^ )/ ) of an extra hand translating. If you know where I can find these raws I would give up being a follower of Cthulu and spread the word of our Translating Lord zxzxzx!! (lol). If not could you give me any other LN raws you might think of? If so, thank you!! And sorry… Not trying to sound cocky here… But just want to learn the language and translate at the same time…

Hey there, no worries. I usually look on jcafe or raw-zip for raws as they’re most likely to have them. You’ll find plenty of raws for any novel there really so do take a look. As for the two novels that you’re looking for, I’ve found them here and here. Don’t stop following someone else because of me though! I’m still relatively new to this.

Only part 1 is complete so far, it’d still be several weeks to months I believe before they’re all complete. Don’t quote me on that though as I’m not actually working on them.

Hey zxzxzx!! Love the translations that your doing so far! You have a real good translation rate compared to me who has none (because I don’t know any Japanese xP). Anyways, I was wondering if there was any possible way if you have the opportunity, if you could translate either Absolute Duo or Dragnar Academy ( don’t know what its called. Will update when I find out). If you could that would be awesome and I would hail you as my lord and savior translater!! If not, its alright if you can’t. I understand just translating 2 different novels is kinda hard. But thanks either way!! \ ( ^3^ ) /

      Thanks 🙂
I think it’s called Seikoku no Ryuu Kishi. Translating 2 novels is already enough for me but I’m planning to pick up another to translate once I finish v20 of DxD. I’ll then be able to have 2 projects going while I wait for the next volume of DxD to come out.

Pd: The Kemm’s message in the previous post is almost truth (it have a few diferences with my knowledge, but can be a POV matter)

Just I didn’t want to much details and be conduse

As a curious point. If you know the novel “Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon“, I think that the name “tres españas” come from this

Glad you made it back safely.  Anime recommendations for this season would be:
Utawarerumono s2 (The Kawaii has returned)
Prince of Stride Alternative  (Think Free but better and running)

Musaigen no Phantom World (Everyone sees the spirit world)

Active Raid (Reckless destructive law enforcement misfit humor)

Shōjo-tachi wa Kōya o Mezasu (Shcool club game creation but actually good for once)

Norn9 (Ummm, not sure how to describe it but it’s a good mystery figuring out what’s going on with an interesting tech and special ability storyline)

Ojisan to Marshmallow (short) HILARIOUS!!!!  Just watch it!!!
Boku dake ga Inai Machi (Erassed…interesting but not totally sure what to think)

Phantasy Star Online 2 (How gaming effects people in real life but fun)

DAGASHIKASHI (Gimme some candy.  If this doesn’t boost Japanese candy sales, nothing will)

Divine Gate (futuristic with elemental powers)

Gate s2 (best anime of the season)
BBK/BRNK (potentially a big hit for a wide age audience range.  Crossing my fingers)
Luck & Logic (futuristic multidimensional fighting)

    Reikenzan (loving this one)

Gundam Orphan (a good Gundam story that you don’t have to know anything about Gundam)

Nijiiro Days/Rainbow Days (Reboot with original VA about a group of HS guys hanging out having fun, better than expected – Make sure to watch Rainbow Club shorts with the VA goofing off)
Dimension W (Potential for classic international hit)

Hai to Gensō no Grimgar (RPG world without memory of life before with a realistic approcahc)

Schwarzesmarken [Muv-Luv universe]  (West Germany post WWII, BETA vs humanity vs secrete state police)
Saijaku Muhai no Bahamut (ROFL misfit RPG harem fun series)

Ao no Kanata no Four Rhythm (anti-grav shoes after school club racing happy fun time)

Ajin (Lovely dark lively series that has been badly overlooked that grabs a hold of you)

Long list but I’d say it’s a really good season for good to great anime that I hope will be around for while.Glad you had a wonderful trip.

Definitely watch Boku dake ga Inai Machi (English name: Erased). Some others recommended it already, but I’d just like to say that it truly a masterpiece. It’s like steins;gate 2.0 with the time travel and stuff included (you know that an anime is good when it has a seinen tag). Believe me when I say it’s the best anime of this season, possibly 2016.
